I agree that the opportunities are endless for VC. I have recently taken 2 classes on line and it feel it was the best way to take a class dealing with technology. It also was perfect for my family’s busy schedule. When else can be “in class” and available to your child at the same time?
I had never thought of using VC for interviewing a candidate from far away or using it for school orientation. Theses were great ideas mentined in the article.
I would like to use at least 2 VC experiences with my class next year including online projects and maybe ePals. I would like to look more into the IEarn program to see if it would be too advanced for 4th graders.
